    Hall of Famer Lasorda, Legendary Umpire Froemming Added to All-Star Instructors for Dodger Adult Baseball Camp

    VERO BEACH, Fla. –Hall of Fame Manager Tommy Lasorda and former National League umpire Bruce Froemming join an already stellar lineup of Dodger legends and guests who will serve as instructors for the 53rd Los Angeles Dodgers Adult Baseball Camp at Historic Dodgertown – Vero Beach, Florida from November 9-15, 2014, it was announced today by Historic Dodgertown Chairman Peter O’Malley.

    Labor Day Beach Bash at Historic Dodgertown Brings Impact to Vero Beach over Holiday Weekend

    Labor Day Beach Bash Set For Big Action over Holiday Weekend at Historic Dodgertown

    VERO BEACH, Fla. – Though the dog days of summer are starting to see Fall around the corner, summer baseball continues in the hearts of youth baseball players and families. Historic Dodgertown is set to host its 4th Annual Labor Day Beach Bash youth baseball tournament from August 30-September 1.     VERO BEACH, Fla. – Friday, July 18, 2014 will serve as a memorable date for two former Dodgers and current Founding Partners of Historic Dodgertown.  Pitcher Hideo Nomo was formally inducted into the Japan Baseball Hall of Fame taking place during the Japan League All Star festivities, while Chan Ho Park received a retirement ceremony at the South Korean All Star Game.

    VERO BEACH, Fla. – A picturesque evening settled over the Historic Dodgertown pool area Thursday night as Indian River County and the Treasure Coast Sports Commission hosted business professionals from across the U.S. in the firearms and ammunition industry.     Nomo, Park to be Honored in Ceremonies on July 18

    VERO BEACH, Fla.- Two former Los Angeles Dodger All-Star pitchers will be honored on Friday, July 18.

    Hideo Nomo will be inducted into the Japan Baseball Hall of Fame. Ceremonies will be held on the field to honor the 2014 inductees prior to the Nippon Professional Baseball All-Star Game at Seibu Dome in Tokorozawa (near Tokyo), Japan. Chan Ho Park will receive recognition during retirement ceremonies prior to the Korean Professional Baseball All-Star Game at Champions Field, Kwangju, South Korea.

    Nike Boys Lacrosse Camp Returns to Historic Dodgertown for Fifth Consecutive Year

    VERO BEACH, Fla. – Historic Dodgertown will host its fifth consecutive USSC Nike Boys Lacrosse Camp next week from July 13-16. The camp is open to boys ages 9-18 and will include commuters and overnight campers who will stay in the on-site Villas.

    The complete skills camp will include daily emphasis on fundamentals, position training, drills and scrimmages. Each camper will receive a Nike reversible practice jersey and Nike and STX prizes will be awarded for outstanding play, sportsmanship and improvement.

    Massive Soccer, Independence Day Challenge, Gifford Little League at Historic Dodgertown

    VERO BEACH, Fla. – With World Cup fever still climbing towards Tuesday’s match with Belgium, Massive Soccer Camps will bring its second and third camps to Historic Dodgertown in the next few weeks. The Girls Camp takes place June 29-July 2 for travel level players ages 12-15, while the Boys Camp begins July 6-9 for ages 10-15. Campers will stay on-site during training while having meals in the dining room throughout the camp.
